Superior Energy Solutions is a leading solar EPC and project management firm serving residential, agricultural, commercial, municipal, and school clients across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. We specialize in delivering high-quality, turnkey solar solutions and navigating complex incentive programs such as USDA REAP, the ITC, and domestic content adders to maximize value for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand, generate demand, and support our sales and growth initiatives.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SES’s marketing strategy across digital, print, events, and sales support channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on—owning campaigns from idea to execution—and will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations to drive qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support company growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SES’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns to support sales, lead generation, and market expansion
  • Develop sales support materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, proposals, etc.)
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, community outreach, and sponsorships
  • Manage brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and lead metrics
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors (design, print, web, etc.) as needed
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives as the company grows

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist with cold calling campaigns
  • Client development/sales calls

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, energy, ag, or B2B services
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Sales experience is a plus
