Solar Service & Installation Technician

Location: Kalida, OH
Superior Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated Solar Service & Installation Technician to support residential and commercial solar projects. This role assists with system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning while working alongside experienced installers and electricians.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with solar panel installation, wiring, racking, and equipment setup
• Support service calls, basic troubleshooting, and system inspections
• Help with startup, commissioning, and monitoring setup
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Coordinate materials, tools, and daily jobsite needs
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of construction, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, and at heights
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use hand/power tools
• Valid driver’s license
